After years of accumulation, Qinhu Sealing currently boasts 4 production lines for metal-rubber composite plates, 2 production lines for asbestos and non-asbestos paper-based boards, 5 rubber vulcanizing machines, 3 high and low temperature ovens, 2 CNC cutting machines, 39 molding and stamping machines. The annual production capacity of metal-rubber composite materials stands at 200,000 square meters, that of non-metallic sealing materials at 500 tons, and that of various flat sealing gaskets at 9 million pieces. The annual production capacity of rubber parts is 600,000 pieces. Additionally, the company is equipped with a darkroom and a plate making machine, enabling it to design and produce screen printing molds in-house. It also boasts four sets of equipment including lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and radial drills, which allow for the in-house production of simple stamping molds, further accelerating the sample production process.
