NBR metal foam rubber composite board is a new type of environmentally friendly sealing material made by combining highly cushioning foam nitrile rubber on a very thin metal substrate. It combines the high elasticity, oil resistance of rubber with the rigidity of metal plates, offering excellent high compressibility, high resilience, aging resistance, excellent oil and solvent resistance, low creep, high shock absorption and sound attenuation, good sealing surface compactness, high temperature resistance, excellent sealing performance, and long service life. It can completely replace asbestos and non-asbestos sealing materials. The foam rubber gasket has superior sealing performance under conditions of rough sealing surfaces with cracks, insufficient compressive force, and uneven load. It can be widely used in various lubricating oil and fuel sealing parts of automobiles, motorcycle engines, and transmissions, as well as in sealing gaskets for refrigeration equipment and components requiring cushioning and noise reduction.

Metal rubber composite sealing materials are the latest high-tech sealing materials. Metal rubber composite plates are composite materials made by using metal thin plates as core plates and coating a certain thickness of rubber elastic layer on one or both sides of the metal thin plates. It can serve various functions in different environments, such as protection, wear resistance, impact resistance, heat insulation, vibration damping, sound attenuation, and sealing. It can be divided into foamed rubber type and coated rubber type. Currently, high-end sealing gasket materials on the market mainly rely on two companies: Wolverine from the United States and Nichias from Japan. However, imported products are expensive and have long delivery cycles, posing significant challenges for major domestic enterprises engaged in the sealing industry. In recent years, domestic enterprises have also been dedicated to researching this material, but further improvements are needed in terms of material serialization and material performance.Therefore, developing high-performance metal rubber composite sealing materials to replace imported materials, achieve high localization, and no longer be subject to others, further reducing production costs, has become our company's development direction in recent years. Our company has conducted in-depth analysis of the market and products for a long time, and our technical staff have been continuously researching and experimenting for many years. In 2015, our Shiyan branch successfully developed an environmentally friendly new technology sealing material - metal rubber composite sealing material, leading the industry. The product has been verified by professional institutions and tested by multiple OEMs, meeting all sealing performance requirements. At the same time, in November 2018, we invested in new production equipment for our Hanzhong branch, further improving product stability and production efficiency. After nearly half a year of trial production, Hanzhong Qinyu Sealing officially began producing and selling NBR metal foam rubber gasket materials in May 2019. These products cover the sealing material markets in Southwest, Northwest, and Central China.
